How to Set Up Eudora to Send and Receive E-mail
You will need your E-mail server settings to set up your E-mail program.
If the E-mail you are using is provided with a Thomas Cole Hosted Domain your incoming mail server (POP3) will be mail.yourdomain.com and your account name will be your full E-mail address.
Your outgoing mail server (SMTP) is dependant on the ISP you are using.

Load Eudora.
If this is the first time you are configuring Eudora on your system, you will be presented with an account setup wizard screen (with a Next button and a Cancel button). Click on Cancel if this screen appears.
Click on Tools
Click on Options
In the Return address field, type your full E-mail address (e.g., support@thomascole.net).
In the Password field, type your E-mail password.
In the Mail Server (Incoming) field, type your Incoming mail server (POP) (as determined during step 1 of this walkthrough).
In the Login Name field, type your full E-mail address (e.g., support@thomascole.net).
In the SMTP Server (Outgoing) field, type your Outgoing mail server (SMTP) (as determined during step 1 of this walkthrough).
Click the OK button. in the dialog box above. Eudora is now configured to receive your E-mail.
To check your new E-mail account, hit CTRL-M or click on the Check Mail button. To send a new message, hit CTRL-N or click on the New Message button.
