Microsoft is stopping support of older operating systems soon, so if your machine is not up to date you will no longer be able to download security updates

To check whether your system is up to date and do download the necessary updates just follow these instructions:

1. Using your mouse click Start, then click ‘Run’ -- OR -- Using your keyboard hold the windows key & type 'R'
2. Type 'winver' & click ok
3. Check your Windows version and that you have the most up to date service pack.
   • Windows XP Service Pack 3
   • Windows XP x64 Service Pack 2
   • Windows Vista Service Pack 2
